Personal training is a great option for beginners or those with very little experience. If you aren't sure exactly what you would like to do or you would like to do a mixture of personal training, dance fitness and attend bootcamps, please send through an enquiry and we can provide options for you.

Our outdoor bootcamps are capped to 12 participants. Make sure you check our timetable from the top menu. Bootcamp membership options can be found on our 'Bootcamp Membership' page page. All sessions run for 45 minutes and cater for all fitness levels and abilities.

PlyoJam is a dance fitness class - it incorporates dance moves with plyometrics (explosive movements/jumping). Classes go for 45 minutes and are held in Brendale.
