Cross-Fit style bootcamp, mostly high rep bodyweight exercises, ending with mobility drills and stretches. Mix between strength & conditioning and Work-It Circuit.

The latest you can book into a bootcamp is 20 hours prior the start time of that bootcamp. If you need to cancel a bootcamp, the cut-off is 8 hours prior, if you cancel after this time, you will forfeit that bootcamp.
